Belvedere di Fasolo Simone

In Rovolon, among the Euganean Hills, Belvedere di Fasolo Simone cultivates volcanic soils and temperate microclimates that favor aromatic white grape varieties. The cornerstone is `Moscato giallo`, complemented by regional varieties suitable for the province of Padua, from which the company's sole denomination is born: `Colli Euganei Fior d'Arancio DOCG`, offered in still, sparkling, and passito versions. This triple interpretation of a single grape variety beautifully illustrates the area's vocation, one of Veneto's most recognizable wine regions, spread across seventeen municipalities where volcanic geology and the farmer's touch ultimately coincide.
