From La Morra, in the Langhe hills, Beni di Batasiolo manages four high-ranking DOCG denominations. The production重心 remains Barolo, whose zone embraces eleven municipalities, flanked by Barbaresco and two expressions of Dolcetto—those of Dogliani and Diano d'Alba. This creates a range that brings together the great, long-aging Nebbiolo wines with more immediate and vibrant reds, each bound by the protocols of its own classification. The difference between these wines is also measured in time: the minimum thirty-eight months imposed on Barolo speak of an idea of waiting that the more agile and fragrant Dolcetto wines do not share. It is precisely this contrast—between depth and readiness—that defines the winery's identity. The estate opens its doors to visitors: organized tastings on-site allow guests to explore the entire spectrum, from Dolcetto to Barolo, directly experiencing in the glass the differences in structure and aging that the regulations codify. A tangible way to read the Langhe through four distinct titles.
