Benini Alessandro

In Lavagno, on the calcareous soils of the Veronese area, Benini Alessandro works with two closely related and complementary denominations: Soave Superiore and Recioto di Soave. Both are based on Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes but take opposite paths: on one side, the still, crisp, and taut white; on the other, the passito, where appassimento concentrates the fruit into a sweet version. The winery, understated and welcoming, reflects the producer's vision—linear, unpretentious wines built on the minerality of the soil and the elegance of the grape variety.
