Bettili

Bettili operates within the Soave DOCG area, twelve municipalities in the province of Verona where volcanic, mineral-rich soils impart a crisp, vertical profile to the wines. On this foundation, the winery focuses on two top-tier denominations, both built around Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave. The first is Soave Superiore, a white wine of marked minerality, where the basaltic matrix of the hills shines through with clarity. The second is Recioto di Soave, offered in passito and sparkling versions, where the appassimento process concentrates the grapes' sugars and aromas. Each wine reaches at least 12% alcohol, reflecting the density that the northeastern slopes of the Veronese region impart to the fruit. Just two denominations, yet sufficient to cover the spectrum from dry, taut white to the measured sweetness of the passito: a diptych that tells the story of Soave from two opposing angles, held together by the same volcanic soil and the same choice of indigenous grape varieties from the classic zone.
