In Neive, in the province of Cuneo, Bevione Dino cultivates twenty-seven selected hectares out of sixty owned, dedicated to four guaranteed Piedmontese denominations. Only two varieties underpin the entire portfolio: Dolcetto, from which Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba is born, and Nebbiolo, the foundation for Dogliani, Barbaresco, and Barolo. Each wine follows its own aging schedule, from the short periods that preserve the freshness of Dolcetto to the minimum thirty-eight months in wood that Barolo requires. The operation relies on two complementary structures: a traditional vintage cellar for classic aging and a modern facility designed for efficiency, with sustainable practices serving as a guiding thread in both vineyard and cellar. The result interprets some of the most celebrated areas of the Langhe, seeking the voice of the cru in each label rather than power for its own sake. The winery welcomes visitors all year round: you can book a tasting to follow, glass after glass, the journey from the immediate Dolcetto to the long-lived Nebbiolo.
