On the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, BiancaVigna cultivates thirty hectares of vineyards entrusted to Elena and Enrico Moschetta, siblings deeply rooted in Ogliano. Here, the company's sole denomination—Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG—becomes the lens through which to read the territory: Glera, Verdiso, and other indigenous varieties reveal how altitude and soil composition change from parcel to parcel. The Moschettas' work stems from the idea that each microclimate must be interpreted before being vinified. Frizzante and Spumante wines are thus born from a careful reading of the slopes, where gradient and exposure shape the aromas and finesse of the bubbles. Not a single product replicated year after year, but a wine that aims to be a faithful measure of the place that generates it.
