Barbera d'Asti DOCGRuchè di Castagnole Monferrato DOCGTerre Alfieri DOCG

Bianco Pasquale & Figli cultivates three DOCG denominations straddling Monferrato and the Roero Alfieri area, three Piedmontese territories that precisely regulate varieties and yields. The flagship wine of the house is `Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato`, a fragrant, niche red tied to its commune of origin; alongside it are `Barbera d'Asti`, the red backbone of the area, and `Terre Alfieri`, which offers two styles—`Arneis` for white and `Nebbiolo` for red. Three DOCGs across a few hills compose a catalog that covers both white and red wines without straying from local typicity. Each denomination imposes minimum alcohol levels and defined grape blends, and the company adheres to these, rooting its work in the physiognomy of the territory rather than in fleeting trends. From the aromatic `Ruchè` to the more immediate `Barbera`, and the dual soul of `Terre Alfieri`, the common thread is fidelity to the right grape in the right place: a minute oenological geography, where each hill asserts its own wine and its own regulations.
