Bindi Sergardi

Bindi Sergardi distributes its work across three Tuscan estates and boasts a family continuity dating back twenty-three generations. At Tenuta I Colli, founded in the late 15th century, the focus is entirely on Sangiovese, explored through vineyards with diverse exposures to capture how the same grape changes its voice depending on the slope and light. The house philosophy seeks balance between soil and climate, aiming to let the character of each parcel speak rather than flattening it into a single style. From this approach, Chianti Classico DOCG is born, a Sienese interpretation of Sangiovese where centuries of agricultural craft meet modern viticulture. In Castelnuovo Berardenga, visitors can taste the wines directly at the estate: a stop that allows one to sample Chianti Classico where it is produced and to discern, glass in hand, the connection between the family and its hills.
