Bissoni

On the Casticciano hill, overlooking medieval Bertinoro, Bissoni has been working a single denomination, Romagna Albana DOCG, since 1988, spread across 22 municipalities. Since 2016, the company has been organically certified, and this choice guides every phase: Albana and white grape blends are born here as the result of an agriculture that reduces interventions rather than multiplying them. The hilly context overlooking the Adriatic gives the wines a recognizable terroir, between sea breeze and open exposure, which the Albana translates into structure and body.
