BODDA GERVASIO

In Cisterna d'Asti, on the hills of the Asti region, Bodda Gervasio oversees three protected denominations that paint a concise portrait of the territory. The cornerstone is Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG, a structured red derived from the Ruchè grape, flanked by the whites and reds of Terre Alfieri DOCG and Barbera d'Asti DOCG, the latter aged four months to build its character before bottling.
