Bonaventura Massimiliano

In Acquaviva Picena, on the Piceno hills, Bonaventura Massimiliano works with a single denomination: Offida DOCG, an area encompassing twenty-five municipalities in Marche. The key grape variety is Pecorino, a yellow-berried white grape with a strong personality, complemented by other white grapes permitted by the regulations. The winery's hallmark lies in its close relationship with nature and the time it grants to its wine. Here, aging is not a formality but a method: each bottle follows its own aromatic journey, starting with direct fruit and gradually layering into deeper, more complex registers. The cellar thus becomes the space where terroir and anticipation meet, and where Pecorino sheds its youthful immediacy to reveal its full potential.
