Barbaresco DOCGBarolo DOCGDogliani DOCG+1

In Clavesana, on the `Dolcetto` hills of Cuneo, Bonino Donatella oversees four `DOCG` denominations entirely dedicated to red wines. The range extends from `Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba`, with its immediate allure, to `Barolo`, which demands thirty-eight months of aging to achieve its mineral completeness: two extremes that speak to both the pleasantness and the longevity of Piedmontese winemaking. In between are `Dogliani`, a concentrated appellation spanning twenty-one municipalities, and `Barbaresco`, with its austere elegance. Each wine remains faithful to the terroir of its specific area, without overlap: four denominations, four distinct grammars of `Nebbiolo` and `Dolcetto`. The company does not seek breadth of assortment but vertical consistency, measuring itself against some of the most demanding names of the Langhe. It is a profile that prioritizes structure and patience, where each label corresponds to a precise idea of hill, soil, and time, and where the rigor of aging becomes the key to understanding the entire range.
