Borgo del Cedro

Borgo del Cedro operates at the heart of Roma DOC, where the volcanic soils of Monte Porzio Catone shape a range of white and red wines. The estate draws on seven approved grape varieties—from Montepulciano and Cesanese to Sangiovese and Cabernet—crafting whites of at least 12.5% alcohol and their riserva expressions. Led by Sara and Giulia Costantini of the next generation, the winery channels family commitment into contemporary viticulture across the zone's 64 municipalities.
