Borgo La Caccia

Borgo La Caccia produces Lugana DOC in the five municipalities that define the area, relying on Turbiana, the grape that shapes the identity of the white wines from this corner of Lake Garda. Alongside the main grape, they work with complementary white grape varieties permitted by the disciplinary, yielding a range of expressions from fresh white wines to longer-aged riserva versions. The thread that unites the labels is the terroir: the mineral potential and tactile complexity that the Lugana soil imparts to the glass, with alcohol levels starting from 11%. The result is wines designed for the table, possessing both structure and finesse, capable of accompanying without overpowering. The difference between the most immediate version and the riserva measures the breadth of a single denomination, interpreted through aging time and patient refinement: two ways of listening to the same soil, one focused on freshness, the other on depth, both anchored to the same grape and the same boundaries.
