Borotto Angelo operates in Lozzo Atestino, amidst the vine-covered hills of the province of Padova. The producer focuses its work on a single denomination, the Colli Euganei Fior d'Arancio DOCG, which identifies the aromatic white wines of an area spanning seventeen municipalities. It's a clear choice of specialization, linking the company to just one set of regulations and one profile. The reference grape variety is Moscato giallo, the base for the three types offered: the still version, the sparkling, and the passito.
