🏡 Tastings & visitsConegliano Valdobbiadene - Prosecco DOCG

Since 1542, when Zan Bortolin planted the first vines in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, the family has interpreted these Trevigiano hills as a text passed down through six generations. The amphitheater of slopes where they work is sheltered from northern winds and shaped by prehistoric seas, a landscape that yields wines of gentleness and finesse rather than power. The family's sole denomination is Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, a sparkling wine made from Glera and local grape varieties of the fifteen hilly municipalities. The Martinotti method, with its refermentation in autoclave, sets its perlage and freshness, while the steepest parcels yield Cartizze, a more concentrated and rare version. It's a work of precision, where the gesture matters as much as the soil. The winery opens its doors for direct tastings: a way to understand, glass in hand, how the inclination of a slope and its exposure determine the character of a sparkling wine.
