Bosca S.P.A.

Bosca is headquartered in Canelli, the capital of Piedmontese Moscato, where the Asti DOCG extends its boundaries over fifty-one municipalities. The winery works with Moscato bianco and the aromatic white grape varieties permitted in the area, transforming them into spumante, metodo classico, and still whites: wines that must reach at least 11.5% alcohol and age for no less than one month before release. The register is the aromatic one that has made Asti recognizable everywhere, interpreted here by Asti hands that know its nuances. The denomination sets the limits; the interpretation remains the house's scope of work, between sparkling and still versions. Canelli is open to visitors: tastings and guided tours open the doors of the winery and allow one to follow how the local Moscato translates into the glass, without ever abandoning the profile that the area demands. A stop is the most direct way to measure the distance between regulations and the glass.
