Boschetti Anacleto

In Pastrengo, within the Bardolino Superiore area, Boschetti Anacleto works where volcanic soils and the mitigating influence of Lake Garda combine to shape wines with a distinct territorial imprint. Corvina veronese and Rondinella are the starting point: from this classic Veronese lakeside duo, the producer seeks the mineral precision that the altitude and the lake bestow. The denomination, the winery's sole focus, is interpreted through prolonged aging that asks the wine to gain definition rather than weight. Each harvest thus becomes a verification of the same intent: to let the grape variety and the place speak without artifice, without corrections that obscure their voice. The result is a red that rejects the shortcut of immediate effect and instead focuses on the legibility of its origin, where the winemaker's hand is measured by what it removes rather than what it adds. Bardolino Superiore remains, in this interpretation, less a category and more a faithful portrait of the slope that generates it.
