BOSCO LONGHINO DI FARAVELLI MARCO (Az. Agr.)

🏡 Tastings & visitsOltrepò Pavese metodo classico DOCG

Bosco Longhino di Faravelli Marco works with a single denomination, Oltrepò Pavese metodo classico DOCG, but expresses it with the depth this sparkling wine demands. The base wines come from Pinot nero, Chardonnay, and other Pinot varieties, partly from vineyards over a century old, cultivated with low-impact agriculture that follows the rhythms of the soil and sun. The sparkling wines, including the rosé, rest for at least fifteen months on their lees, the time needed to build fineness of perlage and aromatic complexity. This is a single-focus production, where everything converges on the metodo classico and the quality of the raw material. The winery welcomes visitors directly in the vineyard and cellar, and the wine shop pairs the bubbles with local cured meats, transforming the tasting into a close encounter with the Pavese territory. Those who wish to discover these sparkling wines can book a visit among the rows and in the aging room, where the minimum fifteen months on the lees take the form of a glass.
