Bredasole

In Paratico, at the edge of Brescia's Franciacorta overlooking Lake Iseo, Bredasole produces traditional method sparkling wine within the DOCG. In the vineyard, the three permitted white varieties—Chardonnay, Pinot nero, and Pinot bianco—coexist alongside Erbamat, from which both classic sparkling wines and a rosé are born. Each wine undergoes the mandatory minimum maturation of eighteen months, the time during which the complexity and finesse required by the denomination are built. The character of the house is defined by this discipline, rather than by a scattered range: the choice remains the depth of a single protected origin, interpreted through Franciacorta's mineral soil and meticulous winemaking at every stage. Visitors can walk through the vineyard and taste on-site, closely following the thread that connects the soil composition, the long aging on lees, and the final profile of the bubbles. It is the most tangible way to understand how Bredasole interprets its territory.
