🏡 Tastings & visitsColli Euganei Fior d'Arancio DOCG

In Arquà Petrarca, where the volcanic soils of the Colli Euganei impart their mineral character, Bressanin Loris cultivates and vinifies Moscato giallo destined for the winery's sole denomination: Colli Euganei Fior d'Arancio DOCG. From this aromatic grape variety, three expressions of the same wine are born—still, sparkling (*spumante*), and dessert wine (*passito*)—each bound to at least 10.5% alcohol and linked to an appellation that extends across seventeen municipalities in Padua. Aromaticity is the hallmark of this approach: it defines the profile of the area's white wines and distinguishes the winery's work, which expresses Fior d'Arancio without ever straying from its mineral matrix. The volcanic territory remains the constant reference, from vineyard to glass, and holds together versions so diverse in structure and sweetness. The winery welcomes visitors for direct tastings: a tangible opportunity to compare in a single tasting the three interpretations—dry, sparkling, and sweet—that Moscato giallo can offer on these hills, and to understand the weight of the rock beneath the roots.
