BREVI PENDII s.s.a.

In Vinchio, in the Asti area, Brevi Pendii bases its work on three protected denominations of the region—Barbera d'Asti, Terre Alfieri, and Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato—all with DOCG status. The recognizable core remains Barbera d'Asti, produced from 100% Barbera grapes and aged twelve months in French oak barriques, where it develops a ruby red color and aromas of rose, almond, and spices. On the palate, this wine remains silky but retains the acidity that is the grape's signature, making it suitable for rich dishes as well as a quiet moment by the fireplace. Manual harvesting and prolonged aging declare a philosophy oriented towards depth and persistence, which, alongside Barbera, unites the other two DOCGs as extensions of the same Asti territory. Three distinct denominations, a single geographical center of gravity, interpreted through the steady hand of those who harvest and age with the same meticulous approach.
