🏡 Tastings & visitsGarda DOCGarda DOPRecioto di Soave DOCG+1

In the Veronese area, the Cesari family has managed Brigaldara since 1928, with forty-eight hectares of vineyards within an estate spanning over one hundred and twenty hectares in total. It's an extensive and diverse agricultural organism, where vineyards are complemented by woods and other crops, forming a mosaic of rare biodiversity. A team of young oenologists and agronomists tailors every intervention to individual microclimates, seeking varietal expression on a case-by-case basis rather than a uniform style. Production spans four denominations that tell two distinct stories. On one side, the Soave area, in its most challenging versions: Soave Superiore DOCG and Recioto di Soave DOCG, a sweet wine made from dried grapes. On the other, the Garda territory, represented by both DOC and DOP designations. This range follows the logic of terroir rather than standardization. The estate is open for visits: exploring the vineyards and cellar allows guests to observe firsthand how different microclimates translate into distinct wines.
