Brozzu Giuseppe (Socio Olivicoltore)

Giuseppe Brozzu, an olive grower in Castelsardo, tends his own groves across the hills between Castelsardo and Sennori in northern Sardinia. He produces Sardegna DOP extra-virgin oil through cold-pressing exclusively his own olives at his mill. Rejecting synthetic fertilizers and chemical treatments, Brozzu believes personal stewardship of each plant—observing their response to climate, addressing unexpected challenges—yields the finest fruit. His 2025/2026 harvest reflects this labor-intensive conviction: quality over industrial speed.
