Bruscola

Bruscola was founded in the 1970s when Dante and Torellina left Florentine sharecropping to cultivate their own land in San Casciano in Val di Pesa. That transition, from dependence to ownership, remains the foundation of the estate, which today continues their legacy by hand-producing a single denomination, Chianti Classico DOCG, alongside olive oil and Vin Santo, all according to traditional methods. Manual labor is not nostalgia, but the consistent form of a family heritage. The memory of that choice also takes shape beyond the glass. The estate houses the Agricultural Museum, a permanent exhibition of farming tools that tells the story of the craft before machines. It is the natural starting point for understanding these wines: born from dedication to the land, they ask to be read within their history. Visitors can explore the museum and then stop to taste Chianti Classico and Vin Santo, completing the circle between the tools of the past and what ends up in the bottle today.
