Conegliano Valdobbiadene - Prosecco DOCG

In Vidor, among the hills that make up the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area, Brustolin Nicos cultivates one of Europe's most recognizable Prosecco landscapes. Steep slopes and clay-limestone soils impart to Glera the mineral tension that has elevated this district, spanning fifteen municipalities in Treviso, to DOCG status. Alongside the main grape variety, complementary local varieties—Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera—expand the productive palette. This yields the full range of the denomination: still whites, frizzanti (semi-sparkling), and spumanti (fully sparkling), each telling a different story of the same hilly terroir. It is an area where the steepness necessitates manual labor and contained yields, and where the wine's structure remains tied to the hills' microclimate. Brustolin interprets its nuances, remaining faithful to the profile that has made these heights a benchmark for Italian sparkling wine, balancing minerality and aromatic finesse.
