Buiatti Livio e Claudio

Buiatti Livio e Claudio cultivates three of Friuli-Venezia Giulia's rarest denominations from their base in Buttrio, in the province of Udine. Their portfolio, entirely DOCG, ranges from Ramandolo—a sweet white wine linked to the indigenous Verduzzo Friulano—to the mineral precision of Rosazzo and the Picolit of Colli Orientali del Friuli, among the region's most precious expressions. Each wine adheres to the strict standards of this northeastern territory: from the minimum 14% alcohol content required for Ramandolo to the complexity demanded by the passito version of Picolit. These are wines of concentration and patience, where the producer's skill is measured by their ability to bring difficult grapes to maturity without forcing their character.
