Romagna Albana DOCG

In Faenza, in the province of Ravenna, Bulzaga is located along the axis of the Romagna Albana DOCG, the white wine that governs an extensive territory spanning twenty-two municipalities. The winery draws on local Albana and other white grape varieties suitable for Emilia-Romagna, without straying from the grape that gives the area its name and dictates its character. From this, two interpretations of the same grape emerge: the dry expression, with a crisp and defined cut, and the passito, where the resting and drying concentrate sugars and aromas. Both respect the strict 12% minimum alcohol content set by the regulations. It is a work where the precision carried out in the vineyard transfers almost seamlessly into the clarity of the glass, and the denomination guarantees the consistency that Albana, a grape with a not always docile temperament, particularly demands. The result combines technical rigor and the recognizable character of a white wine that remains profoundly Romagnolo.
