The farm produces Patata di Bologna DOP, the Protected Designation of Origin potato grown across 55 municipalities in Emilia-Romagna. Their Primura variety yields the distinctive elongated-oval tubers—40 to 75 millimetres—prized for their smooth skin and firm white to pale-yellow flesh.
