Ca' Bianca – Gruppo Italiano Vini

Ca' Bianca is the name under which Gruppo Italiano Vini operates in Alice Bel Colle, in the Alessandrino hills, with the aim of bringing Italian wine beyond national borders. The winery focuses its work on a single denomination, Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG, offered in three forms: still, spumante, and passito. Each version centers on the Brachetto grape, complemented by permitted regional varieties, with a minimum alcohol content of 11.5%. The three expressions function as distinct interpretations of the same fruit: the transparency of the still wine, the sweet effervescence of the spumante, and the concentration of the passito. All remain anchored to the 26 municipalities that define the denomination, a perimeter that gives Brachetto its recognizable aromatic profile.
