Ca' dei colli

Ca' dei colli was founded in 1989 by Enzo Cibaldi as a convergence of villa, cellar, and vineyard—a working estate where personal vision shapes every vintage. Based in Monticelli Brusati, the producer has progressively oriented production toward Franciacorta DOCG, crafting spumante and rosato from Chardonnay, Pinot nero, and Pinot bianco. The house philosophy resists over-intervention: grapes ripen on their own terms, and quality emerges through restraint rather than force, reflecting a winemaker's confidence in terroir.
