Ca’ dei Faggi

From Faedis, in the hills of the province of Udine, Ca' dei Faggi works within three DOCG denominations that define Friulian high-altitude viticulture. Ramandolo is born from Verduzzo Friulano in a sweet version; Rosazzo offers blends with a mineral character; Picolit is expressed in both still and passito forms. Three distinct appellations, each with precise requirements, which the winery interprets with an austere, uncompromising style. Recognition has not been lacking: Gambero Rosso and international juries have awarded a winery that prioritizes rigor over ease. The hilly area of eastern Friuli-Venezia Giulia, where thermal excursions and soils sharpen acidity and aromas, frames long-lasting wines.
