Conegliano Valdobbiadene - Prosecco DOCG

In the viticultural amphitheater of Valdobbiadene, where calcareous marl and limestone define the soil, Ca' dei Zago cultivates Glera along with the varieties that this Trevigiano area has selected over time: Verdiso, Bianchetta Trevigiana, Perera. The result is a Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG that bears a distinct minerality, the same quality that separates this restricted zone from the rest of the Prosecco universe and establishes its character. The altitude and exposure of the slopes dictate a slow and measured maturation, and each bottling reflects this: whether in the frizzante or spumante version, the wine conveys the precise conditions of the 15 municipalities of the denomination. This is not a Prosecco conceived for large-scale production, but rather an interpretation of a circumscribed territory, where geography dictates more than the cellar, and precision matters as much as yield. Ca' dei Zago works within these narrow limits, making them its hallmark.
