Cabiale Roberto Azienda Agricola operates across three DOCG denominations in northwestern Piemonte. The core is Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato, a red of distinct character born from just seven municipalities, where the eponymous grape expresses an unmistakable aromatic profile. Alongside it flows Barbera d'Asti, which draws from a much wider area of one hundred and sixty-five municipalities, with at least four months of aging to build structure. Completing the picture is Terre Alfieri DOCG, offered in its two forms: the white Arneis and the red Nebbiolo. This breadth is not dispersion: holding together three denominations so diverse in size and grape variety requires mastery of the microclimates and grapes of northwestern Piemonte. The producer interprets each appellation on its own terms, from the small patch of Ruchè to the vastness of Barbera, creating a range that tells the story of the territory in its variety, without flattening the differences that each area imposes.
