In Montecarotto, in the hills of the Ancona area, Cadabó operates at a rare point of convergence: four DOCG regulations that meet in a single territory. The Verdicchio Riserva wines, from Matelica and Castelli di Jesi, provide the range with its mineral backbone, while the Cònero imposes the rigor of twenty-four months of aging on Montepulciano and Sangiovese. On the Vernaccia di Serrapetrona side, the volcanic slopes allow for both red wines and sparkling wines, expanding the company's repertoire towards bubbles. Four protected denominations, therefore, that do not simply accumulate but rather mark an enological calendar shaped by distinct timings and micro-territorial choices. Each grape variety finds its place according to exposure and soil, and the Marche map is read here through differences rather than similarities.
