🏡 Tastings & visitsLessini Durello DOCMonti Lessini DOC

Active since 1898, Cadis contributes to defining the identity of Soave and the Lessini area through a production model that combines traditional grape selection with digital vineyard management. Based in the Veronese region, the cooperative gathers the entire varietal spectrum of the district—Durella, Garganega, Pinot bianco, Chardonnay, and Pinot nero—translating it into wines that are legible and consistent in national and international markets. Their work is articulated across two denominations, the Lessini Durello DOC and the Monti Lessini DOC, within which various types take shape: sparkling wines born from Durella, still white wines, and passito versions that expand the range without losing its thread. Each bottle bears the territorial signature that the Lessini grapes demand, amidst volcanic soils and hilly altitudes. Visitors to the winery can personally taste this range, grasping in a single journey the distance and kinship between the two denominations that the company oversees.
