Callegaro Francesca

In Rovolon, in the Padua area, Callegaro Francesca cultivates six hectares of vineyards and olive groves in the heart of the volcanic territory of the Colli Euganei. The reference denomination is Colli Euganei Fior d'Arancio DOCG, obtained from Moscato giallo and other aromatic white grape varieties, expressed in three styles: still, sparkling, and passito. Each version bears the mineral imprint of the basalt-rich soils, which gives the wines their profile and savoriness. Winemaking here boasts over a century of experience, combining contemporary tools with respect for Euganean traditions. The volcanic geology and family management define the identity of each vintage, in a close relationship between the rock beneath the vines and the hands that work them.
