Calleri Concettina produces `Limone di Siracusa IGP`, the `Femminello` lemon that defines the coastal agriculture of the Syracuse area across ten municipalities. The uniqueness of this denomination lies in its rhythm: a single citrus fruit presented in three staggered harvests throughout the year. The `Primofiore` opens the season early, the `Bianchetto` occupies the middle of the calendar, and the `Verdello` closes its cycle. Each seasonal change corresponds to a different fruit, and with it, a juice yield that reaches its peak. The company's continuous production therefore follows the natural progression of the citrus grove rather than market demands.
