On the coast of Siracusa, Campisi Group cultivates Femminello, the variety from which Limone di Siracusa IGP is born. The protected area embraces ten coastal municipalities, where the Mediterranean sun and saline breezes shape a citrus fruit with juicy pulp and intense aroma. This is no ordinary fruit: it is the result of a coastal terroir precisely translated into zest and juice. The company's rhythm follows that of the plant, which yields three distinct harvests throughout the year. The Primofiore opens the season, followed by the Bianchetto, and finally the Verdello, each with its own distinct profile of fragrance and acidity. This succession reveals the mutable character of the Siracusan lemon, capable of changing its appearance without losing its identity.
