Cantina Colli del Soligo

In Pieve di Soligo, Cantina Colli del Soligo has brought together small-scale winemakers since 1957 within a single, prestigious denomination: Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. The work of the members is based on five native grape varieties — Glera, Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera, and Glera lunga — cultivated on the Valdobbiadene slopes, where the steepness necessitates manual viticulture. From this foundation, sparkling, frizzante, and still white wines are produced, with Col de Mez expressing floral and citrus notes balanced by a recognizable salinity. What distinguishes the winery is its collective dimension: the shared management of the soil and vineyard becomes the tool by which small growers collectively achieve one of the highest denominations in the Italian sparkling wine landscape. It is a cooperative that transforms the sum of many parcels into a unified and recognizable character.
