Cantina Coop Coldiretti

In San Ferdinando di Puglia, Cantina Coop Coldiretti gathers the work of a community of growers, amidst olive groves and vineyards spread across the Dauno plateau. Its sole protected brand, Dauno DOP, is a golden-green extra virgin olive oil with fruity aromas and a subtly spicy finish, obtained from drupes grown in sixty-one municipalities in the Foggiano area. The cooperative does not separate its crafts: olive milling, table grape production, and winemaking coexist under the same roof, with a supply chain that remains transparent from field to bottle.
