The primary vitigno is Moscato bianco, flanked by indigenous aromatic varieties that share its fragrant nature. From this foundation, the winery articulates its range across multiple styles: spumante, the metodo classico version, and still white wines, all crafted within the denomination's parameters—a minimum alcohol content of 11.5% and at least one month of aging. The work in the vineyards aims for constant improvement rather than a showy effect, with wines designed for the HORECA channel and international markets, where the aromatic piemontese remains a recognizable card.
