Cantina della Serra

Founded in 1953 by growers from Piverone and surrounding communes in Turin's moraine hills, Cantina della Serra launched its first harvest in 1954. Today the cooperative unites roughly 230 members across 18 municipalities, commanding access to approximately 12,000 quintals of grapes annually. Specializing in Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG—produced in white, sparkling, and passito styles—the winery sits on the south-facing slope of the Serra hill, where Erbaluce thrives at 11% alcohol minimum. Visitors can taste and tour year-round.
