Cantina di Avio harnesses the Trentino landscape to produce crisp whites and distinctive Trentodoc sparkling wines. The cooperative's two production facilities work with historic varietals—Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, and Müller Thurgau among them—that thrive in the Alpine foothills. Visitors discover the full range at the tasting room, where each wine reflects the cool-climate terroir of the Venezie zone and its 941 municipalities.
