Cantina di Custoza presides over a crossroads of Veronese enological geography, where the soils around Garda yield crisp white wines. The core is the DOC Custoza, a denomination with strict constraints: Cortese, Garganega, and Trebbiano Toscano vinified as white wines, in superiore and riserva versions, for a wine that thrives on balance rather than power. Alongside, the broader DOC Garda expands the field and allows for experimentation, with Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio alongside indigenous bases. Completing the three denominations is Garda DOP extra virgin olive oil, which shifts the focus from glass to table: its delicately sweet fruit dialogues with the same mineral imprint that marks the wines of the area.
