Cantina Di Nizza Monferrato S.C.A. produces Asti DOCG from Moscato bianco and other permitted aromatic white grape varieties, cultivated in the fifty-one Piedmontese municipalities that define the denomination. As a cooperative winery, it collects grapes from its members and directs them towards spumante wines made using both the metodo classico and more modern versions, as well as some still whites, all subject to at least one month of aging and a minimum alcohol content of 11.5%.
