Cantina Fiammetta

🏡 Tastings & visitsRomagna Albana DOCG

In Rimini's Valconca, on the slopes overlooking the Adriatic, Cantina Fiammetta has cultivated fourteen hectares of organic vineyards since 1964, the year grandfather Benito planted the first vines. This family winery focuses on a single denomination, Romagna Albana DOCG, expressed in two complementary forms: dry white and passito. From these soils, Albana extracts a clean, dry minerality that reflects the marine exposure more than the winemaker's hand. The method prioritizes the direct voice of the territory: no forcing, but a faithful transcription of what the slope offers vintage after vintage. Each bottle bears the mark of generations who chose consistency over effect. The winery welcomes those who wish to understand how the same grape can be both sharp when young and dense in its passito form: a visit is worthwhile to taste, side by side, the two souls of Romagna's Albana.
