🏡 Tastings & visitsRomagna Albana DOCG

Cantina Forlì – Predappio is a cooperative of winemakers who collectively cultivate vineyards in Romagna, spread across twenty-two municipalities in the province of Forlì-Cesena. Its production revolves around a single denomination, Romagna Albana DOCG: this acronym — Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita, the highest tier in the Italian wine pyramid — certifies both the area of origin and the quality controls in the bottle. From Albana, a white grape variety that defines this part of Emilia-Romagna, two distinct interpretations are born here: dry white and passito, both bottled with at least 12% alcohol. More than a single brand, the wine represents a collective effort, where grapes from different parcels converge into a common profile. The winery is open to visitors: tastings and vineyard tours allow guests to closely follow the journey from grape to glass and understand how a cooperative translates the diversity of its vineyards into a shared expression of Romagna's Albana.
