Cantina Montelliana e dei Colli Asolani

On the hills of Montebelluna, Cantina Montelliana e dei Colli Asolani brings together almost four hundred winegrower members around a shared vision of agriculture. The cooperative cultivates Glera, Verdiso, and long-standing Treviso varieties to produce its sole reference denomination, the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, offered in frizzante and spumante styles. The choice of grape varieties combines a modern base with some indigenous ones that would otherwise risk disappearing. Here, the cooperative model has a precise territorial impact: pooling vineyards and knowledge means safeguarding cultivated lands and, simultaneously, the cultural heritage of the fifteen municipalities in the area. The consistency of the wines stems from this collective management, capable of translating many hands and many plots into a recognizable character and an authenticity that remains local. The winery welcomes visitors: a walk among the vats allows one to understand how the choice to build a community effectively becomes a signature in the glass, even before it is a production strategy.
