Cantina Sant'Evasio di Pier Franco Lacqua & C.

Cantina Sant'Evasio, in Nizza Monferrato, dedicates its work to Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG, a grape variety it expresses in three distinct forms: the delicate still red, the lively sparkling (spumante), and the concentrated passito. It is led by four partners – Piero, Anna, Andrea, and Emanuela – who view each bottle as a symbol of a moment to remember, rather than just a product. The winery operates in the Brachetto area, twenty-six municipalities in Asti's Monferrato where this aromatic grape finds its recognized expression. From here, it draws the character of the Piedmontese terroir and transfers it to each label, adapting the same grape to different interpretations for intensity and occasion. Still, sparkling, or passito, the common thread remains: a fragrant grape variety that the denomination safeguards within precise boundaries, and which the winery translates into three complementary interpretations, designed to accompany meals and toasts with the same distinctiveness, from a dinner glass to a celebratory flute.
